This engaging workshop is designed for those new to handstands, whether you are looking to build strength, improve balance, or simply add a fun skill to your repertoire

In this workshop focus is going to be on the basics on handstand technique. Straight handstand alignment, conditioning and kick-up technique.

Specific attention to learning how to fall safely from a handstand.

Would be suitable for complete beginners or for anyone else who wants to better their understanding of handstand technique.

Such an amazing experience at the handstand workshop with Judit yesterday. I learned so much more than just 'how to kick up' She is a patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging instructor who takes the time to give everyone individual helps. Highly recommend
