This 2 hour Flexibility Workshop is going to be working towards splits and backbends.
The first hour is going to start with a warm up, focusing on hip flexors and hamstrings. Next, specific drills for strong and safe splits, as well as covering the technique for splits. In the second half of the workshop the focus will be on shoulders and backbends. We will work with both passive and active exercises, as it’s very important to learn which muscles need to be engaged in the different positions for most efficient and safe flexibility training.
