What happens at this event?

This 2 hour Flexibility Workshop is going to be working towards splits and backbends. The first hour is going to start with a warm up, focusing on hip flexors and hamstrings. Next, specific drills for strong and safe splits, as well as covering the technique for splits. In the second half of the workshop the focus will be on shoulders and backbends. We will work with both passive and active exercises, as it’s very important to learn which muscles need to be engaged in the different positions for most efficient and safe flexibility training.

Attending the mobility session for the first time was a great experience. Even though it was challenging at times, it was a “good pain”the kind that makes you aware of your body’s potential. It was both interesting and eye-opening, giving me a deeper understanding of what the body is capable of with the right movements and guidance. Looking forward to more!
