Flexibility Workshop – Splits & Backbends
This workshop will guide you through effective techniques to safely deepen your flexibility.
• **Part 1: Splits Training**
We’ll begin with a full-body warm-up, focusing on hip flexors and hamstrings. You’ll then learn specific drills and alignment cues to build strong, sustainable, and safe splits. Progressions will be offered so everyone can work at their own level.
