Handstand Foundations is a supportive, step-by-step class for complete beginners and early-stage handstand students.
This class focuses on developing the essential building blocks for safe, confident handstands — including wrist and shoulder preparation, body alignment, strength, and comfort being upside down. Students will work with a combination of wall-supported exercises and guided kick-up handstand practice.
Kick-ups are taught progressively, with clear technique, spotting, and safe exit strategies. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace — balancing is not required to benefit from this class.
