A 6 week press up to handstand course typically focuses on developing the necessary strength, flexibility, coordination and technique to achieve press to handstand .

Learning a new skill, especially a handstand, does not have to be daunting or impossible task! Whether you can kick up to a handstand in the middle of the room, against the wall, or aiming to achieve one arm I’m offering you this handstand training to reach high level of control and confidence in your skills, regardless of your level. The focus of intensive is to build solid foundation, build confidence and understanding of skills and build your own practice 

In this training we will cover all aspects of handstand training 

- alignment drills against the wall and the floor to increase your awareness and refine your alignment 
- flexibility drills in between sets 
-transitions in different shapes 
- one arm preparation drills to increase awareness and stamina 
-side bend

Really enjoyed the class and Manu was a great teacher.  Was hard work but fun!  The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is due my own personal preference for much smaller group classes - this is just a personal preference.  Manu gave lots of personal attention despite the size of the class.

This 2 hour Flexibility Workshop is going to be working towards splits and backbends. 
The first hour is going to start with a warm up, focusing on hip flexors and hamstrings. Next, specific drills for strong and safe splits, as well as covering the technique for splits. In the second half of the workshop the focus will be on shoulders and backbends. We will work with both passive and active exercises, as it’s very important to learn which muscles need to be engaged in the different positions for most efficient and safe flexibility training. 

No prior experience is required for this workshop as different progressions will be provided based on everyone’s individual needs.

Definitely for students with some handstand experience and a strong desire to improve their skills. Would definitely do this class again next time I’m in London.
