The Press to Handstand Workshop is designed for practitioners who can hold a handstand for 10–30 seconds against the wall and want to understand the physical and technical components required to achieve a controlled press to handstand.
Under the guidance of Coach Manu, participants will explore the flexibility, compression, strength, and awareness necessary to build a consistent and efficient press. The workshop combines theory, movement preparation, and progressive drills to help you understand how and why each element contributes to the press.
